Information we collect

We may collect:

• Payment and transaction information supplied by Stripe, including payer email, payment status, amount, currency and Checkout Session identifiers.
• Agency and contact details submitted during onboarding, including names, work and alert email addresses, website URL and time zone.
• Monitoring configuration for authorised client websites, including URLs, submission steps, safe test identities, expected proof, GA4 measurement IDs and event names.
• Technical and operational records created while providing the Pilot, such as check times, browser-visible results, error evidence and delivery logs.
• Communications and support requests.

We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use this information to verify payment, review and configure the agreed monitoring scope, perform authorised browser checks, send fault and recovery notices, provide support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, maintain service records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use onboarding information for unrelated advertising.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to operate the Pilot, including Stripe for payments, Framer for public pages, self-hosted n8n infrastructure for workflow processing, Google Sheets for controlled operational records, and hosting or email providers used to run checks and send approved notifications. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own terms and safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to deliver and document the Pilot, handle disputes, prevent duplicate processing and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use access controls and restricted operational systems, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-handling requirements. You may also ask questions about this policy by replying to your Stripe payment receipt or other Pilot correspondence.

Cookies and external services

Framer and Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate their pages, prevent fraud and process payments. Their own privacy notices govern their independent processing.

Changes

We may update this policy when the Pilot or its service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
