First three agency pilots

30-Day Paid Pilot Terms

Clear scope, one upfront payment, and no automatic renewal. These terms apply to the LeadPath Watchdog pilot shown at checkout.

US$249 · one-time prepaid pilot

One agency, up to five authorised client websites, and one agreed lead path per website. Setup is included for the first three agencies accepted into the pilot. The 30 days start on the written activation date—not the payment date.

What is included

  • The agreed landing page and form-submission journey.
  • The agreed success message or thank-you page.
  • One specified browser-visible GA4 lead event per path.
  • Scheduled checks during the active pilot.
  • A retry before a fault notification where configured.
  • Fault and recovery notifications to the approved recipient.
  • Evidence reasonably available from the browser check.

Setup and activation

After payment, the agency supplies the remaining URLs, testing authority, safe test identity, form steps, success proof, GA4 event details, test-lead handling instructions, timezone, and notification recipient. We review every path before configuration. Customer-supplied instructions or a successful form submission do not activate monitoring automatically.

After receiving complete setup information, we confirm the accepted scope and an activation deadline in writing. A path is active only after it passes a baseline check and we confirm activation in writing. Any reduced or replacement path must be agreed in writing before activation.

Refund arrangement

  • If the submitted scope cannot be monitored safely within the current service, the agency may choose an agreed smaller scope or a full refund.
  • If we cannot activate the agreed scope by the written activation deadline, the agency may choose a revised deadline or a full refund.
  • The 30-day service period does not run while setup is awaiting required customer information or approval.
  • Any additional refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Customer responsibilities

The agency confirms that it is authorised by the relevant site owner to request recurring safe test submissions and provide the submitted configuration details. The agency must approve the test identity, test-lead handling, schedule, and notification destination before activation.

Service boundaries

The pilot reports the condition of the agreed browser journey and specified browser-visible GA4 event. It does not include lead generation, website or tracking repair, CRM delivery or cleanup, server-side tracking, attribution analysis, privacy or consent auditing, or a guarantee that an advertising platform has attributed a conversion. Login, OTP, payment, real booking, and CAPTCHA-protected paths require separate review and may be unsupported.

Interruptions and changes

We may pause a path if continued testing could create unsafe submissions, duplicate leads, unauthorised activity, or other customer impact. Material changes to a website, form, success step, GA4 event, test identity, or notification recipient require review before monitoring resumes.

Renewal and acceptance

There is no automatic renewal. Continuing after the pilot requires the agency’s express agreement and a new payment. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and the matching service description shown at checkout.
